Justin Lawrie

Justin Lawrie is a Senior Scientist at Parabilis Medicines (formerly FogPharma), leading hit discovery initiatives focused on stapled α-helical peptides. Justin’s team develops and applies innovative phage and mRNA display libraries alongside high-throughput screening platforms to accelerate and enhance target hit identification. Justin’s research centers on the experimental discovery and optimization of α-helical and stapled peptide modalities designed to modulate challenging protein–protein interaction targets.
Before joining Parabilis, Justin earned their PhD in Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, where their doctoral work focused on engineering proteins with novel binding affinities using phage display technologies.
